ADDENDUM FOR ITEMS STORED IN EXCESS OF MAXIMUM VALUE

(To be used in conjunction with TSSA Vehicle, Trailer, or Boat Self-Storage Rental Agreement)

Paragraph 20 of the TSSA Vehicle, Trailer, or Boat Self-Storage Rental Agreement prohibits the storage of any Vehicle (including Vehicle contents) whose value exceeds $ 20,000 without Lessor’s written permission. This addendum modifies this provision to allow Tenant to store Vehicles in Tenant’s leased space(s) whose value exceeds $20,000, and provides Lessor’s written permission. The terms “we” and “us” in this document refer to Lessor. The term “you” refers to Tenant.

Vehicles exceeding $20,000 in value, such Vehicles and values as further described in the Rental Agreement or in an addendum authorizing additional Vehicles, may be stored in Tenant’s space(s). This addendum only authorizes otherwise- approved Vehicles to be stored even though their value is over $20,000. For purposes of the Rental Agreement and this addendum, “Vehicle” includes a motor vehicle (including recreational vehicle), boat, trailer, vessel or outboard motor, and includes the contents of all Vehicles.

  1. Insurance mandatory. You agree to maintain insurance specifically written for the Vehicle(s) (including allVehicle contents) stored in our self-storage facility, with full replacement cost coverage against all perils, without exception.
  2. Certificate of Insurance. You must provide us at the time of signing this Addendum a copy of a currentcertificate of insurance for the policy (or policies) referenced in paragraph #1.
  3. Ongoing coverage. Coverage must be continuous through the time the Vehicle(s) is/are stored at the self-storagefacility. You must provide us, within 7 days of our request, proof that a policy in accordance with this agreement is in force and effect. You authorize us to contact your insurance agent directly for such documentation, at our discretion.
  4. Lapse in coverage. If at any time the insurance policy described in this addendum lapses for any reason, this is anautomatic default under the Rental Agreement and the consent to store Vehicle(s) in excess of maximum value is automatically withdrawn without the necessity of further action or notice from us, and the value of the stored Vehicle(s) will automatically be deemed not to exceed $20,000.
  5. Other insurance requirements. This addendum does not otherwise waive or affect the insurance provisions ofparagraph 20 of the Rental Agreement, or any other provision of the Rental Agreement or any addenda.
  6. Lessor not liable. You acknowledge that we provide no insurance for any Vehicle or other property stored on thepremises and are not responsible for loss or damage of any kind regardless of the cause of the loss or damage.
